Ahh, a good controversy always spices up the malaise we all feel in the depth of
winter…and this one’s gem. Jason Isbell, formerly of the Drive-By Truckers, is
accusing Dierks Bentley of “borrowing” the song structure of his composition “In
A Razor Town” to create his new hit “Home”. Here’s your chance to compare the two:

This is not the first time Dierks has been tagged for this offense – singer/
songwriter Matt King alleged that the Bentley song “Up On The Ridge” sounded awfully
similar to his tunes “Hard Luck Road” and “Shantytown”…
